Having considered the Notice of motion by the Petitioner and its supporting affidavit, the court accordingly notes of the Petitioner's sentiments and that no prejudice shall be occasioned upon the Respondents or interested parties, by its ex-parte consideration and directs the same be served upon all the parties before the mention date for the 15th January 2025.
