I have read the applicant's applications respectively dated 5 August 2023 and 31 July 2023. The court has delivered a judgment in this suit and therefore its is as good as functus officio. However, if there is any party who has acted contrary to the judgment and orders of this Honourable Court, then the court will act accordingly once it has been moved by the aggrieved party. The court is prepared to preside over contempt of court proceedings but not during the court recess. I am of the humble view that contempt of court proceedings can properly be disposed of in the new term. Accordingly, I direct that the motion dated 31 July 2023 be served for hearing inter partes on  14 October 2023. It is so ordered.
