RULING
1. The Application dated 26.03.2026 is hereby compromised by consent as follows;
A) The County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu be and is hereby directed to record an inhibition on the property known as L.R Pioneer/Ngeria Block 1(EATEC)/14527 pending the hearing and determination of this matter.
B) The Cost of the Application will abide the outcome of the main suit.
