I have read the applicant's application dated 28 August 2023 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. As has been admitted by the applicant, directions on the disposal of the main motion shall be given on 27 September 2023. The order for leave to operate as stay was not prayed for when the application for leave was made. Nonetheless, I am not satisfied that that order should be given without having heard from the respondents if they have been served with the main motion. I direct that the application be served for hearing on 27 September 2023. It is so ordered.
