By consent of parties, the judgement sum of Ksh. 306,550 be deposited in a joint interest earning account in the names of parties advocate within 45 days from the date thereof.
An order of stay of execution of the judgment in Webuye CM CC NO. E041 of 2024 is hereby granted until this app conditional on compliance with Clause 1 hereinabove.
In the event of default with clause No. 1 the respondent shall be at liberty to execute.
The applicant is granted leave to file a memorandum of appeal simultaneously with the Record of Appeal within 7 days from the date hereof.
Mention on 14th July 2025 to confirm compliance.
