' The Application dated 23 December 2024 has been considered.
A temporary stay of execution pending the hearing and determination of the Appeal is granted on condition that the applicant deposits the sum of Kshs 100,000/- in court within the next 30 days from the date hereof, failing which the stay shall automatically lapse. I find the sum sufficient on the basis that it is not disputed that the appellant is owed money by the 1st respondent arising out of a contractual order where the subject matter was delivered by the appellant, but to which no payment has been received to date.
