I have read the applicant's application dated 20 December 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The judgment whose execution is sought to be stayed was rendered in September 2024. No satisfactory reason has been given why the application could not be made earlier. In the circumstances, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the same be served for hearing inter partes before Wangari, J on 26 February 2025. It is so ordered.
