I am not satisfied that the application and the suit dated 1 August 2025 are urgent for the reason that nowhere in the pleadings has the description of the purported "goods" belonging to the plaintiff and which the 3rd defendant is allegedly holding has been given. The applicant will take a date in the registry in the new term. It is so ordered.
