1. I have considered the application by the applicant. The applicant was convicted of the offence of defilement and sentenced to 10 years’ imprisonment. He has sought the revision of that sentence.
2. I hold that this Court has no jurisdiction to review the sentence unless on appeal.
3. Accordingly, I dismiss the application dated 5/8/2025 as having no merit.
