RULING
1. Whereas this file had been listed for revision of the applicant’s sentence in line with the judiciary’s prison decongestion exercise, I have upon perusal of the trial file MCTRE 1976/2026, established that the applicant Dennis Wanja, who was convicted of traffic offences and sentenced on 2.4.2026 to pay a fine of 10,000 or serve 30 days custodial sentence, has already paid his fine.
2. Premised upon the reasons aforesaid, this file is hereby marked as closed.
