' 1. The Applicant has applied for an order that he be allowed to serve non-custodial sentence for the remaining part of his 15 year imprisonment term.
2. The record shows that the sentence sought to be affected was upheld on appeal in 23rd April 2022 by another Judge of this Court.
3. Once a lawful sentence has been passed, the sentencing court becomes functus officio, and a Judge of concurrent jurisdiction cannot revisit or alter that decision.
4. Accordingly, this application is declined for want of jurisdiction.
