1. On 30.04.2024, the appeal herein was transferred to Busia High Court for hearing and determination by Hon M. S. Sharrif-J since the lower court matter was stated to originate from Busia CMCC E033/2022. This is according to the Memorandum of Appeal dated 8.03.2024.
2. That being the case, and in the absence of any other order reverting the file to Kisumu High Court, I find no jurisdiction to entertain any other proceedings in this mater which is hereby closed.
3. The applicants counsel to be notified forthwith. I so order.
