I have read the applicant's application dated 3 April 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. Although the applicant states that he has overpaid the outstanding loan and that between the year 2017 and 2022 he paid a total sum of Kshs. 175,000,000/=, there is no evidence of such payment exhibited to his affidavit sworn in support of the application. I find no reason to certify this matter urgent. I direct that the application be served for hearing inter partes on 14 July 2025. It is so ordered.
