  3. The Appellants have also never taken action to prosecute the same since then.
  4. Clearly, the Appellant lost interest in the appeal.
  5. Consequently, the Memorandum of Appeal dated 12.07.2023 is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
  6. There will be no orders as to costs.
