RULING

1. The Applicants are granted leave of 7 days from today’s date to prepare, file and serve the Further Affidavit.
2. The application dated 30.05.2025 shall be heard on 03.07.2025.
3. In the meantime, an Order of stay of execution be and is hereby issued staying the eviction of the 1^st to 13^th Applicants from the suit property known as L.R MOI’S BRIDGE/ZIWA BLOCK 8(CHEPTERIT)/204 pending the hearing and determination of the application dated 30.05.2025
