This ruling is in respect of the Notice of Motion application dated 24^th March 2025 brought by 1^st Defendant under the provisions of Section 98 of the Civil Procedure Act and Order 22 Rule 29 of the Civil Procedure Rules 2010.  The application seeks for orders that;

Defendant all to be curved out of land parcel KAKAMEGA/SHIRU 1669 and title deeds be issued to that effect.
