1. I am unable to write the decision on the application, dated 14th July 2025. That application is in respect of orders made by the lower court, on 9th July 2025, on an application, dated 2nd April 2025.
2. To facilitate the making a decision on the application, dated 14th July 2025, I would have to understand what the applicant had moved the court for, in the application, dated 2nd April 2025. I would not do justice to the matter, without understanding what the applicant was asking the court to do, and based on which provisions of the law.
3. The applicant has not attached a copy of that application to his application, dated 14th July 2025; neither is the application, dated 2nd April 2025, in the original trial court file, in Busia SCCC No. 217 of 2024. Let the said application, dated 2nd April 2025, be availed first so that I make a decision in this matter.
