This is a Section 333(2) Criminal Procedure Code which this court can deal with even at this stage and as the accused has indicated that he was never on bond during the trial, let the sentence be computed from the date of his arrest which is 22 nd March 2017 so as to comply with Section 333(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
