  2. The Plaintiff is directed to file and serve their Amended Plaint within 14 days from today's date.
  3. The matter will be coming up for pre-trial on 20.05.2025.
  4. The OCS of the station within which the property known as L.R UASIN GISHU /KUINET SETTLEMENT SCHEME/68 is directed to ensure compliance with the orders issued on 13.12.2023.
