Upon perusing the Application dated 6th February 2024,the Statutory Statement and the Verifying Affidavit in support of the Application, this court is of the opinion that the matter touches on a land dispute which can be conclusively heard and determined by the Environment and Land Court.
In the circumstances, the suit is hereby transferred to the Environment and Land Court Thika.
