Ex-Parte Ruling
Upon reading the Notice of motion dated 26th July 2024 filed under certificate of urgency by Mr Waiganjo Advocate and supported by sworn Affidavit of Danuel Githinji Kinuthia, this Court is persuaded to Allow this motion on the following terms;
- The Application is certified as urgent and service of the same is dispensed with.
- An Order is hereby issued to the Public Trustees-Respondent to forthwith release to the Applicant, All funds held on behalf of Peter Kinuthia Njino to be paid to the Applicant's Bank Equity Bank, Gatehouse Branch, account no 0150191225998..
- This Application shall be marked as spent.
