1. Through chambers summons dated 18 th May, 2026, the Applicant sought for orders as follows;
1. That M.K.G. ID/21007380 a resident of Naivasha within the Republic of Kenya be appointed guardian ad-litem.
2. That the Children’s Office, Nyandarua West Sub-County and the appointed guardian ad-litem investigate the Applicant’s fitness to adopt C.K. and file their respective reports.
2. The application is supported by an supporting affidavit deposed by D.N.M.
3. Having considered the application alongside supporting documents, I am satisfied that it merits the order sought, Therefore, I allow the same in the following terms;
1. M.K.G. is appointed as the guardian ad-litem for C.K. who will be required to file a report in respect of his findings.
2. Director, Children Services to investigate the Applicant, DNM’s fitness to adopt C.K.
3. Respective reports be filed herein within 30 days.
4. It is so ordered.
