1. I have perused the application dated 6th May 2025, in which the Applicant seeks the reissuance of the Adoption Order.
2. I note that the Adoption Order has errors that require correction. It would appear to the Court that, due to the fact that the Joint Applicants were adopting two children, the details of the children in the Adoption Order were interchanged. As a result of the errors, the Joint Applicants are not able to comply with the registration requirement of the Ministry of Education.
3. This Court has already allowed the related application. The application dated 6th May 2025 is similarly allowed with no orders as to costs.
4. It is so ordered.
