1. I note that all the issues raised in the applications of 19th November, 2024 and 18th October, 2024 have already been determined in the ruling delivered on 22nd November, 2024. Accordingly:
i. The 2 applications dated 19th November, 2024 are hereby compromised in the same terms as in E063/2021 noting that the joinders are not opposed. Accordingly, Charles Wambua is hereby enjoined as an interested party to these proceedings.
ii. The application dated 18th October, 2024 is also allowed, for joinder of Edwin Dande, in similar terms as specified in the ruling delivered in E063/2021.
iii. The three applications are therefore spent.
2. Mention for purposes of appraising court on the progress of liquidation, on 15th May, 2024. All applications should be filed with leave of court.
