1. The matter in the Court below was previously before the Children's Court, Nairobi, and was transferred to Mombasa pursuant to the orders of Namisi, J.
2. The instant application seeks to have the file transferred back to Nairobi for hearing and determination.
3. The parties appear to be engaging the Court in a game of ping pong. In the circumstances, I order that the application be served on the Respondent for hearing interpartes on 8th July 2025.
4. Costs shall be in the cause.
