I have read the applicant's application dated 7 July 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. If the applicant is against the settlement of particular suits or appeals, no reason has been given why the application to stop those settlements has not been made in those suits or appeals instead of filing a separate suit. Accordingly, I do not find any urgency in the application before the court. I direct the application to be served for mention on 23 September 2025. It is so ordered.
