'I have considered the application dated 2.10.25. The applicant seeks a stay of execution of the decision dated 11. 8. 25 arising from an appeal of the decision of the Tax Appeal Tribunal. A temporary stay of execution is granted pending the hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the applicant deposits 50% of the decretal sum in court within the next 45 days from the date hereof failing which the stay shall automatically lapse.'
