I have read the applicant's application dated 17 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The application is certified urgent. As far as service of the application and the suit outside jurisdiction of this court is concerned, prayer 2 of the application is allowed. The application, the suit and summons shall be served within seven days of the date of this order.  The application shall be mentioned before Wangari, J. on 16 April 2025 for directions on the manner of its disposal. In the meantime, interim order is granted in terms of prayer 3 of the motion.
