RULING
1. The matter was coming up for hearing on an intended Application to cease acting by the Plaintiff's Counsel due to lack of instruction.
2. The date was taken in the presence of the Counsel. However, the Counsel is not present and the Application is not filed.
3. As such, the matter is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
4. There will be no orders as to costs.
