RULING

  1. The matter was coming up for hearing of the Notice to Show Cause (N.T.S.C) why the matter should not be dismissed for want of prosecution dated 18.08.2025.
  2. The N.T.S.C was duly served on the parties.
  3. The matter was called out at 10:13am but the Plaintiff Counsel was not present.
  4. Based on the submissions of the Respondent and the proceedings in Court, it is clear that the last time the matter was prosecuted was in the year 2022.
  5. Consequently, the Court is of the view that the Plaintiff lost interest to prosecute the same.
  6. The Court therefore dismisses the suit dated 3.05.2021 for want of prosecution.
  7. There will be no orders as to costs.
  8. The file is closed.
