'1. In view of the age of the 2nd respondent at 80 years, I direct as follows: -
a) The proceedings in the lower court be typed and supplied within 3 days of today.
b) The Record of Appeal be filed and served by 5/12/2025 in default the appeal shall stand dismissed.
c) The Deputy Registrar is directed to ensure the CM and HOS Kisumu Law Courts is notified of this order and effects order (a) above without fail. This order be served upon the Chief Magistrate before close of business today.
d) The appeal be heard orally on 8/12/2025.
