I have read the applicant's application dated 20 March 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I have already given directions that this matter be placed before Wangari, J. for directions on its disposal on 2 April 2025. As far as I understand the applicant, its properties are being attached in execution of a decree or decrees in suits in which it is not a party and, that the goods attached do not long belong to the judgment debtors in those suits. If this is the true position and, subject to the decision the court will come to in determination of the suit and the application, the appropriate course available to the applicant would be to lodge objection proceedings in those suits from which the warrants of attachment and sale have been obtained. Accordingly, the order that the suit be mentioned before Wangari, J. as earlier directed obtains. It is so ordered.
