1. In view of this court’s rationale employed and orders made today in the ruling on the plaintiff’s application dated 8/8/25 in the present suit, and in adopting that rationale and for reasons of regimentation of orders and proceedings in this litigation, this court hereby orders as follows:
a. The defendant’s Notice of Motion dated 2/9/25 in this case is allowed only in terms of prayers no. 4 thereof while the rest of the prayers are hereby dismissed;
b. Pursuant to the grant of prayer no 4 as above, ELC NO E105 OF 2025 shall be the lead file;
c. The costs of the application shall be in the cause.
