RULING
1. Clearly the consent filed on 11.06.2026 is not reflective of the position of the Defendant.
2. Consequently, the Court hereby makes the following orders;
a) The Application dated 28.05.2026 is marked as withdrawn.
b) The main suit will be heard on priority basis.
c) Due to the fact that this Court is proceeding for leave this file is allocated to ELC-3 for hearing and determination.
d) The matter will be mentioned on 29.06.2026 for further direction.
e) The Plaintiff is granted leave to file any additional documents by 23.06.2026.
