The matter before this Court is the Notice of Motion Application dated 21/03/2026 seeking orders to arrest the delivery of the Ruling originally scheduled for 23/03/2926.
Upon review of the case file and the record of proceedings, the Court finds as follows:
1. THAT the substantive Ruling which the Applicant sought to arrest has already been delivered.
2. THAT Consequently, the prayers sought in the present Application have been rendered moot.
3. THAT there is no longer a live controversy to be determined, and the Application has been overtaken by events.
THEREFORE I MAKE THE FOLLOWING ORDERS:
i) The Notice of Motion Application dated 21/03/2026 is hereby marked as spent and/or overtaken by events.
ii) The said Application is accordingly dismissed with no orders as to costs.
iii) As there are no further pending matters, this file is hereby ordered closed.
