The application before the court is dated 3rd December 2020. It is made under sections 36 and 37 of the Arbitration Act. It seeks recognition and enforcement of the Final Award dated 10th August 2020 made by Mr Mbiri Nderitu, the Sole Arbitrator, in a dispute between the Applicant and Respondents herein. The application is not opposed. Further, the time for setting aside the award has since lapsed. In the circumstances, I allow the application and order as follows:
(a) The Final Award dated 10th August 2020 made by Mr Mbiri Nderitu, the Sole arbitrator, be and is hereby recognized and entered as a judgment of this court.
(b) Leave is granted to the Applicant to enforce the Final Award.
(c) The Respondents shall bear the costs of this application.
