RULING

  1. The Land Registrar and Land Surveyor be summoned to attend Court on 16.12.2024 to produce the Reports.
  2. The Private Surveyor will attend Court on the 16.12.2024 to produce his Report.
  3. In the meantime, the Plaintiffs are granted permission to continue staying in the house which is alleged to be in the suit property and will not put up any new development which are temporary and/or permanent nature.
  4. The Plaintiffs are granted rights to graze their cattle but will not be allowed to plant any crops on the said disputed land until further Order of this Court.
