I have considered Notice of Motion dated 10th January 2024, the supporting affidavit and submissions by counsel for the Applicant. I note that the application is unopposed. The Applicant has annexed a certificate of taxation which indicates that its bill of costs was taxed at KShs 137,112 (One Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand, One Hundred and Twelve) on 9th December 2021.

I find merit in the Notice of Motion and hereby enter judgment in favour of the Applicant for the above stated sum together with interest at court rates. The Applicant shall also have costs of the Notice of Motion.
