In the application dated 31.01.2023 the Applicant seeks recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. The application is not opposed and the time for setting aside has lapsed. The application is allowed on terms that:
(a) The award dated 26.10.2016 issued by the Court of Arbitration for Sport is duly recognized as a judgment of this court and leave is granted to the Application to enforce it a decree of this court.
(b) The Application is awarded costs of Kshs. 20,000.00.
