THIS MATTER is an Application filed under a Certificate of Urgency, coming up before Hon. Justice Mohochi S.M. AND UPON READING the Notice of Motion together with the supporting Affidavit dated 29th May 2024 sworn by Bornes Chepkurui Agui. The court directs and Orders on the following terms;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED;
1. THAT, the matter is certified as urgent warranting its hearing Ex-parte in this instance.
2. THAT, an Order for sale, of All the Parcel of Land Commonly known as Nakuru/Olenguruone/Kiptagich/494(extension) is hereby Issued.
3. THAT the Applicant and all her five adult children shall execute the requisite documents for sale with the exception of Brian Kiptegich Agui who is a minor and to whose benefit the order of sale is sought.
4. THAT this miscellaneous cause is hereby marked as closed.
