RULING

1. Based on the Letters of Administration dated 17.09.2025 in ELDORET CM P&A No. 168 of 2025, leave is hereby granted to Phyllis Jepkemoi Kiplagat to take over these proceedings on behalf of the Estate of the Plaintiff.
2. The Applicant is directed to amend the pleadings within 14 days and serve on the Respondent.
3. There will be no orders as to costs on the Application.
