All I can find in this matter are a verifying affidavit, a statutory statement, a certificate of urgency and a chamber summons dated 4 September 2023 which seeks, among other things, " that this Honourable court be pleased to make appropriate directions on the applicant's application 'enjoined' to this chamber summons". However, there is no such application that is purportedly "enjoined" to the chamber summons. There is, therefore, no application before court upon which directions can be given. If there is no application that is sought to be heard during this Honourable Court's recess, the application before court serves no purpose. It is, therefore, struck out. It is so ordered.
