1. The subordinate court delivered its ruling on 28th October 2025 , vide which the Respondent was awarded damages. The Applicant is aggrieved by the said decision and intends to appeal against it. The 30-day period within which it could file an appeal has lapsed, hence the application dated 17th February 2026 through which leave to do so is sought.
2. I have considered the said application. In my view, the same is urgent. I therefore direct that the application be served upon the Respondent within three days of the date hereof for an interpartes hearing on 9th March 2026 .
