The application in this matter and the certificate of urgency under which it was filed are both dated 13 March 2023. No reason has been given why the matter is being brought to court as a certificate of urgency in August 2023 when it is dated 13 March 2023. Again, the letter complained of was written way back 2019. All these go to show that the application is not urgent. I direct that the same be served for inter parte hearing on 17 October 2023. It is so ordered.
