RULING

1.   The matter will be mentioned on 18.06.2026 to confirm if the ground visit and exercise as directed by Court has been done.

2.   In the meantime, Order 5 in the Orders issued on 18.03.2026 be and is hereby reviewed as follows;

(a)   The Invoice issued by the Land Registrar will be split into two portion of 50% to the Defendant.

(b)   Further the 50% payable by the Plaintiff will be split into three equal portion among the Plaintiffs.

(c)   The remaining 50% payable by the Defendant will be split into four equal portions among the Defendants.
