RULING
1. The Appellant Athanas. O. Owako has filed a certificate of urgency dated 2.7.2026, a verifying affidavit of even date and several documents. I have perused all the filings made by the appellant and i am yet to encounter any substantive application wherefore I am unable to discern the purpose and import of his current filings, wherefore I find that there is no substratum that demands for my action:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERD THAT;
i) The matter be mentioned on 14.7.2026 for purposes of taking directions on the appeal.
ii) The Appellant to issue notice to the respondents.
