This court has considered the Originating Motion dated 30 th April 2026, together with the supporting affidavit and the certificate of urgency.
The same is brought under Sections 81 and 82 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act and Order 51 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Rules. According to the affidavit of Zachariah Lekishon, this court is satisfied that the applicant has established reasonable grounds on the basis of which the orders sought herein can issue.
