'1. The court has considered the Originating Motion dated the 18th September, 2025 together with the Supporting affidavit and the certificate of Urgency.
2. The Summons which has been brought under Sections 81 and 82 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti- Monday Laundering Act is supported by the annexed affidavit sworn by Alfred Musalia and it is based on the grounds set out on the body of the same. The application is mainly seeking preservation Orders.
3. The court finds that there are reasonable grounds that have been established by the applicant to warrant granting of the Orders that have been prayed for.
ORDER
Prayers (2), (3) and (4) of the Originating Motion are hereby granted.
