This court is on leave but had been requested to handle this matter because it was coming to chambers for another official matter. Thereafter when the new term begins it shall proceed on transfer. In the premises let the matter be mentioned on 20th January 2025 before the incoming PJD for directions. In the meantime, Prayers 2(a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion dated 17th December 2024 to issue.
