I have seen and considered the Originating Motion dated 28th June 2024 filed herein on 1st July 2024. I am satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the properties sought to be preserved were acquired corruptly hence are proceeds of crime. In the premises the Originating Motion is allowed and prayers 2, 3, 4 and 5 are granted as prayed. Order shall be for 90 days. Service of the order within 21 days. Orders accordingly.
